Gary Gardner

My father owned a dry cleaner when I was in high school and I went to work for him delivering and picking up dry cleaning and laundry. It was here that I learned the importance of customer service; making sure you give the customer the quality and service they expect. Remember the customer can choose any dry cleaners they want so you have to keep earning their business every day. 

 

When I started Mr. Classic Cleaners, I wanted our customers to experience that level of service and be able to speak directly with the owner and not some customer service representative. For that reason, I have put my cell number on our storefront and on the sides of all our delivery vans.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How much does pick-up & delivery cost?

    It is completely free! The price will be the same if you drive to our store to drop off and pick-up your own clothes. 

  • Where do I leave my clothes?

    Most customers leave their clothes on the front porch, but you can choose any location!

  • If I am not home, where do you leave my clean clothes?

    We provide you with a door hook to hang your clothes on. You can put that hook on any door in your house.

  • I'm used to same day service.

    We come by your house twice a week so if you leave all your dirty laundry out everyday, even if it is just one item, we will clean your clothes as they become dirty. They helps to avoid needing a large pile of clothes to be cleaned right away. 

  • Can I choose my delivery days?

    For now, we are only offering free pick-up and delivery on Mondays & Thursdays. 

  • How do I pay?

    A credit card is kept on file and is automatically billed the day your clothes are delivered.
